Can I rent the property for less than 30 days?
We offer our properties on an All Inclusive 30 Calendar Day Minimum rental period ONLY. All units are offered fully furnished. Please contact: rentals@luxurysandiegorentals.com or 619-566-8106
Can I rent the property for more than 30 days?
Absolutely, please contact our team who will be happy to accommodate you.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel this reservation at least 60 days before the move-in date and all funds paid will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled with less than 60 days prior to the start date no refund will be issued, unless the owner is able to find a replacement renter. However, the damage deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded.
Cancellations must be communicated to Owners in writing, via email to rentals@luxurysandiegorentals.com
If prior to arrival date, Owners learns that the property has become non-rentable for any reason, Owners will notify Guests as soon as possible and refund all money paid for reservation. In the unlikely event that the unit becomes uninhabitable after move-in but before the move-out date, Owners will refund rent on a pro-rated, day-by-day basis of time used and unused.
How do I check in?
We will provide you with a welcome pack 1-5 days prior to check in via email. This will include details of how you can access the property. Check-in time is after 4 p.m.
How do I check out?
All Guests personal belongings must be removed from the unit. Waste baskets must be emptied into garbage or recycled dumpster in the parking lot. Dishes should be washed and put away. Bedding should be stripped of linens and piled on the bed. Keys and garage door remote(s) should be left on the kitchen countertop, except for the key that belongs in the lockbox outside. check-out time is no later than 11 a.m.
Is WIFI included in the rent?
Absolutely. All our units provide great wifi services which are included in our all inclusive rates. Please reference the helpful laminated guides within the unit that offer information on wifi, unit instructions, check-out reference, and other helpful info.
Can I use the community pools, spas and parks?
Absolutely. Instructions are included in your welcome packet on how to access the community amenities.
What are the rental terms?
We offer a 30 calendar day rental minimum only (example: July 1 to August 1). 2-3 month or longer leases preferred. Payment is collected up front due to the fact that this is a fully furnished all inclusive rental, unless negotiated with the owner. Guests are expected to replace consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, detergents, and other similar items as they are used up by the Guests. The inventory of consumable items should be comparable upon move-out compared to move-in.
